Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hrventures12@gmail.com. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date.

Refunds of Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once we’ve received the item. If the return meets our criteria, the refund will be initiated and credited to your preferred payment method.

Exchange

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer the option to exchange it for the same item.

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date.

Defective Item Returns

 

For any defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing an unboxing video of the product.

  • For defective or incorrect items, initiate the return by selecting the ‘Return’ option under the ‘My Orders’ section on the Atlin.co.in website. Follow the instructions to upload clear images and a full unboxing video, ensuring the product is still in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The video should clearly highlight the issue—whether it’s damage, defect, or a missing part—using zoom to show the affected area.
  • Please make sure the video includes the original labels and tags on the packaging. Requests submitted without proper video evidence as described above may not be accepted.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel is required for us to proceed with your request. If the video is incomplete or if there are signs of tampering, your claim may be denied. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

 

Individual pieces from a combo or gift box are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items bought during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or under any special offers are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
